ASM and IDSA have secured a block of discounted hotel rooms exclusively for IMARI participants at the Sahara Las Vegas. Participants are encouraged to book reservations early within the official IMARI room block for the best selection and rates. The discounted rates will be available on a first come, first served basis until Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
Sahara Las Vegas is offering a $99 rate, plus tax, on January 27-30. Limited hotel rooms are available for reservations for the evening of Friday, January 30 at the rate of $174, plus tax. All reservations are made online through the Sahara Las Vegas’ group reservation system. Payment for the first night’s room and tax is required at the time of the reservation.
