Accessing the Registration Site
ASM is hosting the IMARI registration site. To register, users must log in through the ASM Single Sign-On (SSO) system. This login system enhances security and ensures that your information and submissions are protected.
Important Details:
- A user account is required to login and access the registration platform.
- Creating an ASM account is complimentary, and there is no fee to create an account.
- Individuals are not required to be an ASM or Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) member to register for the meeting or create a user account. Current membership in at least one society is required to receive the membership discount.
- Individuals only need one password for a user account which will be utilized across all IMARI services.
This secure system assists ASM and IDSA to verify users’ identities and ensures reliable communication throughout the registration process. If you do not have an ASM user account, you will be prompted to create one prior to logging into the registration site.
Visa Application Invitation Letter
If you require a visa to travel to the United States, you may use the generic invitation letter provided below to support your visa application for attendance at the 2027 Interdisciplinary Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance and Innovation (IMARI).
This letter serves only to confirm the conference dates and your intent to participate. Please note that all travel, accommodation, registration, and visa-related expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. ASM and IDSA are unable to provide additional documentation or financial assistance beyond this invitation letter.
