Applications for travel awards are now closed.
Selected recipients will receive a travel award to defray expenses associated with travel to IMARI 2026. Please note that travel award funds are limited to $500-750 and are not intended to cover the full cost of attendance. Applicants should plan to secure additional funding from other sources to support their travel, if selected.
A limited number of discounted registrations will also be awarded to Trainees selected to present oral abstracts or high impact abstracts, as selected by the program committee.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, individuals must:
- Be a student or postdoctoral fellow.
- Be a clinical resident or fellow.
- Have an accepted scientific abstract that has not been previously published or presented at another national or international conference.
Additional Information:
- Travel award funds are non-transferable.
- Awards will be issued after the conference, upon confirmation of the recipient’s attendance.
- Recipient’s will be notified if they are selected on Wednesday, October 22.
